Who Was Edgar Cayce?
Edgar Cayce was an American psychic who had the ability to channel answers to questions on a range of topics while in a self-induced trance. Born in Kentucky, Cayce began having mystical experiences as a child and later started giving what he called “life readings” to people who wrote to him for help. Although he had no formal training in any particular field, the accuracy of his readings earned him a reputation as a “miracle man.” In addition to delivering readings on everything from health and relationships to reincarnation and the nature of the universe, Cayce also founded a nonprofit organization, the Association for Research and Enlightenment, which continues to promote his work. Edgar Cayce remains one of the most controversial figures in the history of psychic phenomena.
Edgar was a highly influential figure during his lifetime, and his gift for helping others extended far beyond the realm of conventional medicine. In addition to providing medical advice and treatments, Cayce also used his psychic abilities to help people with everything from relationship problems to career choices. He even helped law enforcement solve crimes and locate missing persons. In short, Edgar Cayce was a true spiritual healer who touched the lives of many people during his lifetime. Even today, Edgar Cayce’s work continues to inspire and help people all over the world.
Predictions That Came True
Though he made many predictions, these three, in particular, have come true.
Firstly, Cayce predicted that a Hall of Records would be discovered beneath the Sphinx in Egypt. This prediction came to fruition in 1998 when a team of archaeologists discovered a hidden chamber beneath the Sphinx.
Secondly, he predicted that there would be a time when the Earth’s axis would shift. This occurred in 2012 when scientists recorded a slight shift in the Earth’s rotation.
Finally, one of his most famous predictions was that the United States would suffer a major economic collapse in the early 21st century. This prediction came true with the housing market crash of 2008. He also predicted the rise of Adolf Hitler and the Second World War.
The Other Side Of The Coin
An interesting thing about predictions is that not all of them come true. This is certainly the case with predictions made by Cayce.
He predicted that a major earthquake would strike Los Angeles in 1958, but this did not happen. Similarly, he predicted that a new age of enlightenment would begin in 1999, but this has also not occurred.
He also predicted that a cure for cancer would be found in the early 21st century. While there have been many advances in cancer treatment, a cure has yet to be found.
